Angel Wind Chime Doesn't Chime Nov 14, 2009

I purcased this item through Wrapables. Once unpacked, it quickly became obvious that this "Angel Wind CHIME" doesn't chime, ring, clang, gong or make any other kind of noise that could be construed to be a CHIME.
Once brought to the attention of Wrapables, they conducted their own examination of another of the same pieces in their warehouse. Apparently they found the same thing that I did. That all this Angel will make in the way of a noise is a thud as if she were made of lead.
Upon determining that for themselves, Wrapables did the right thing and offered me a refund it I returned the item. I elected to recieve an adjustment in price as she makes a nice sculptural hanging outdoors although she is NOT a chime. Wrapables did, in fact, adjust the price significantly. I would recommend Wrapables as they stand behind their products.
If it's the heavenly music of the wind you seek played by chimes, my recommendation is to find another item.
